Womens Strength & Nutrition Workshop

Join us for a female foccused informative workshop,  Led by Sophie Rabaud ,certified personal trainer and owner of Strength Block gym and Jess Reeve - Taylor, certified nutrition coach as we discuss all things strength training and nutrition. We will follow up the educational portion of our day with a group PT deadlift technique session with Sophie, and this can be scaled appropriately to wherever you currently are in your fitness journey
We will have light refreshments throughout and goodie bags for everyone who attends!, so bring your friend, bring your mum, and come and spend the morning with us.

    -Macro nutrients what are they and why each are important in your diet 

    -Fueling your workouts appropriately - fasted vs fed , energy, glycogen, blood sugar  etc
