Want to fine tune your squat, bench or deadlift? A one-off technique session will focus on the nuances of the perfect form for your body.
This session will include a write up sent to you 24 hours after the session with the cues you need to focus on, reminders, as well as recommendations for accessory exercises to help strengthen your weak points.

Sophie has backed up her love of lifting with a certificate in personal training and an additional certificate in pregnancy and postpartum coaching. She has been training women in person and online for the past three years and has been involved in strength training for the past 6 years.
Sophie loves empowering people to feel confident, strong and capable - no matter what age and life stage they are in.

With over 10 years of experience in the industry, Damien has a passion for all things strength training. While the main foundation of his programming experience comes from powerlifting, Damien has since extended his wings to dabble in various strength training disciplines - from strongman training to Olympic lifting.
