    Sophie has backed up her love of lifting with a certificate in personal training and an additional certificate in pregnancy and postpartum coaching. She has been training women in person and online for the past three years and has been involved in strength training for the past 6 years.

    Sophie loves empowering people to feel confident, strong and capable - no matter what age and life stage they are in.

While the main foundation of his programming experience comes from powerlifting, Damien has since extended his wings to dabble in various strength training disciplines - from strongman training to Olympic lifting.
