We want the challenge to fit in with your lifestyle, so we’ve kept the sessions short and sharp. This workout program is designed using our years of experience getting everyday people incredible results. So carve out 3x 45 minutes a week, and get it done. You’ve got this

2x Additional Workouts (Optional)

We know some of you want to give it your all, so we’ve included two additional workouts if you want to up your time in the gym. One workout is some bodybuilding hypertrophy style training, while the other will be a weekly challenge.

All workouts are delivered via our Strength Block App - your powerful pocket sized coach that will allow you to train and track all of your workouts. With video examples and coaching notes for every exercise, you’ll always know what you have to do next in the Strength Block Challenge.

Nutrition is an important part of fitness - and we want you to learn how to manage and understand what it takes to fuel your body to reach your goals. With our inbuilt macro calculator, we will get you set up to get the most out of the Strength Block Challenge.

How it Works

the strength block app is your tool to train, track, progress and communicate with us.

The Strength Block app is designed to keep you on track throughout the challenge, providing customisable workout plans and progress tracking. This allows us to help you customise anything in the challenge to any changes you may need to make to help you. The app includes features such as progress monitoring, instructional videos, as well as an ability to chat with us in real time and send videos sfor us to review your form and support you throughout this challenge.

With its user-friendly interface and comprehensive resources, the Strength Block app empowers you to get the most out of the Strength Block Challenge.

  • Sign up to the challenge - we’ll email you a welcome message to let you know we’ve received your registration

  • A week before the challenge, you'll receive an email with a code and a link to download the app to set up your account.

  • We will send you instructions on how to add the program to your calendar, as well as let you know how you can communicate with us throughout the challenge.

    It should be noted that all our Strength Block Members do get access to the challenge as part of their membership, so if you’re looking to join our awesome gym, this is great introduction!!

    The Strength Block Challenge is a gym based challenge, and will require access to some standard gym equipment such as barbells, dumbbells, and a squat rack.

    We know all gyms are different, so Sophie and Damien are always around to ask questions if you need to change or alter the program to meet your limitations.

  • Of course! Sophie and Damien can help you alter the program to suit any limitations you may have.

    We want you to get the most out of this challenge, and are here to help and support you through the whole process.

  • Yes! The SBC is able to be tailored to what ever your experience level in the gym. While the base program requires you to barbell squat and deadlift, we’re here to help tailor the plan to meet you wherever you are on your training journey.

  • We want to teach you how to take control of your nutrition - so while we don’t provide a meal plan, we will teach you to learn about how macros work, calories, and structuring your diet to suite your needs.

    To further support you in this, the challenge includes our exvlusive Strength Block recipe book provbifitg a wide range of delicious, macro friendly meals to build the perfect nutrition plan to support you!

  • The challenge is 3 days a week, but also includes 2 additional days if you really want to get the most out of it.
